Prathana has designed a wonderful platform for all the students to exhibit their hidden talents in the beginning of every academic year. Showcasing their talents may help the students to take part in further programmes. 

 This Go Green Day is celebrated on June 5th every year to commemorate the festival of environment day to create awareness about  the values of mother Earth to all the students.

 To imbibe the leadership qualities at the grass root level, Prarthana has designed the school parliamentary elections every year for the secondary school students.

 Here the newly elected members swear the oath of office and secrecy. The powers and responsibilities are shouldered by newly elected members of the parliament.

 Prarthana is a theatre of inspiration. It is a sum of all forms of art, of love and of thought. It is an institution depicting the saga of traditional culture. Prarthana is a combination of educational ambience and amphitheatre. Co-curricular activities into Curriculum of Prarthana have helped the students to progress in different fields.

It stands as an important duty and pride in our institution to celebrate all the national festivals for seeding  the national integration in the hearts of young minds. Even Rajyotsava, Hindi Divas, Samskruta Sapthahas are also celebrated.

 Sports days are celebrated with great vigour and pomp to bring sportsmen spirit amongst students.

School day is celebrated once in every two years  programming different art forms along with themes.

Under this, various activities like Quiz, Seminar, Model making, Group discussion, Drama, Dance, Amara Kosha Chanting, Exhibition, Personality Development are conducted.

Scouts and Guides are added to the curriculum to keep the children physically strong and mentally fit. Different activities are conducted and children are allowed to attend camps.

Educational tour is designed every year to create sense of sharing, caring as well as learning. It is noteworthy to mention that the children are taken to tour free of cost.

We are proud to mention that Prarthanites have represented the school in several competitions conducted by other schools and organisations. To mention a few,  our school has been participating in NCSE – National Children’s Science Congress and has bagged prizes at the National level since 2002 to 2016.

Our school students have also participated in several Inter – school competitions conducted by various schools and organisations and this has resulted in many trophies. It’s our pleasure in stating that our students have bagged several rolling and overall trophies in different competitions like Debate, Painting, Quiz, Music, Drawing, Creative Writing and many more.

We are happy to record that our students were selected  by AIR several times.

Overall , Prarthana has its pulse in every event of the year like Birthday book show, Fare – well for outgoing students, Honouring the students for 100% attendance, securing good marks in different subjects, etc.
